The Fireside Theatre
The Fireside Theatre began as The Bronco Bar in 1968. In the ‘70s many acclaimed bands played here: Daisy Dillman Band, Ozark Mountain Daredevils, City Mouse (with Mary Jane Alm) and the Johnny Holm Band.
If you look around, the wormwood walls, beams, chandelier, fireplace chimney, balcony wood detail and brick floors have been preserved and were original to the Bronco Bar. While we love the historic details, we have made many upgrades for Concert Series audiences: the carpet, seating and state-of-the-art sound system are all recent additions. We hope you enjoy the modern amenities AND the original charm of the Bronco.
