A Message About COVID-19

Music Man Suitcase

Last Updated: September 3, 2020

Under guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the Governor of Minnesota, some operations at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT), including The Music Man, are currently suspended. At the beginning of July, the Concert Series, usually performing in our Fireside Theatre, temporarily moved to the Main Dinner Theatre to maintain social distancing.  Stevie Ray’s Comedy Cabaret will temporarily move from the Playhouse Theatre to the Fireside Theatre for “Stevie & the Gang” beginning September 11 and performing every Friday and Saturday evening. If you are in the Chanhassen area, Brindisi’s Pub is currently open for dine-in and take-out. CDT will continue to monitor the situation and reevaluate as more information about COVID-19 unfolds.

Our box office is operating at a limited capacity and can be reached by phone Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm. You can also email tickets@ChanhassenDT.com — someone will reply as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

Current ticket holders with tickets to affected performances will be contacted by the box office if necessary when operations resume.  You do not have to do anything.  We are not refunding any tickets at this time – the tickets will be placed on your account to use once we are able to reopen.

Please visit this website and our social media pages for the most current information. We are planning to reopen as soon as local government has determined it is safe to do so. We look forward to announcing that date when all performances and operations will resume.

Your patience and goodwill is sincerely appreciated. We wish you good health, peace, and look forward to “Entertaining You!” very soon!

-Michael Brindisi, President & Artistic Director
