Under guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the Governor of Minnesota, all operations at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) are currently suspended. This includes performances of The Music Man, Stevie Ray’s Comedy Cabaret, and Fireside Concert Series events. However, Brindisi’s Pub is currently open for food take-out and our summer musical theatre camps have moved online!  CDT will continue to monitor the situation and reevaluate as more information about COVID-19 unfolds.

Our box office operations are also currently suspended to comply with the Governor’s order for all Minnesotans to be “Safe-at-Home.” For urgent matters you may email tickets@ChanhassenDT.com — someone will reply as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

Current ticket holders with tickets to affected performances will be contacted by the box office if necessary when operations resume.  You do not have to do anything.  We are not refunding any tickets at this time – the tickets will be placed on your account to use once we are able to reopen.

Please visit this website and our social media pages for the most current information. We are planning to reopen as soon as local government has determined it is safe to do so. We look forward to announcing that date when performances and operations will resume.

What should I do if I have tickets to an affected performance?

Nothing!  The box office will contact customers with tickets to affected performance dates as necessary. We are not refunding any tickets at this time – the tickets will be placed on your account to use once we are able to reopen.

Can I contact the box office?

Will performances be rescheduled?

The Music Man will reopen once it is safe to do so – there will be good availability on many dates. Some concerts and special events may be able to be rescheduled. We are working with the concert artists to reschedule their events. We will contact guests who had tickets to cancelled events if a replacement date is announced.

How can I help?

Come visit us when we reopen! Buy tickets and gift cards during the break! There are a lot of people out of work during this difficult time. The greatest gift would be to come back to full houses ready to receive the hospitality and enjoy the entertainment we’re famous for!
