Footloose Vaccination/Testing Requirements

These rules do not apply to Concert Series events or Stevie Ray's Comedy Cabaret.

CDT requires that ticket holders (aged 12 and above) be fully vaccinated* or provide proof of negative test result (a PCR or an at-home rapid test with timestamp**) taken within 72 hours of attending Footloose.
*”Fully vaccinated” refers to a person who has received both doses of the Pfizer/Moderna series or the single Johnson & Johnson vaccine and two weeks have passed since the final dose.  Booster shots are currently NOT required for entry.
**A timestamp should be a reference in the picture to when the test was taken for verification.

Other than a pre-check mobile pass, CDT will accept a physical vaccination card or a photo of it on a mobile device.  CDT also recommends the Docket app to securely store your immunization records digitally.

CDT is currently open to capacity without social distancing. According to your reservation, you may be sharing tables with others you do not know.

For those recovering from Covid-19, we ask that you still test within 72 hours of performance. If your result is positive from the original case, we will ask for a doctor/healthcare provider note stating that you are past your quarantine period and okay to return to public events.

We are so happy to be welcoming you back and are doing our best to make responsible decisions to keep you and our staff as safe as possible – to ensure that Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (CDT) can remain open to entertain you. All of these safety protocols have helped us to keep moving forward during a pandemic.

Ticket holders not in compliance will not be admitted or may be asked to leave. If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19, or don’t meet the requirements outlined above, you may call the Box Office at 952-934-1525 to exchange your tickets or to request a refund.

The health and safety of our staff, artists, audiences and guests continues to be our top priority. These policies are subject to change and will remain in effect until further notice. Our protocols are governed by the professional actors’ union, Actors’ Equity Association.

What We're Doing

Guidelines Provided by the MN Dept. of Health and the CDC

-All employees are required to be fully vaccinated or test before their shift.
-All employees are required to wear masks.
-Training all employees on COVID-19 safety procedures.
-Employees will sanitize and/or wear gloves during customer interactions & food handling.
-Designated staff members to clear dishes and sanitize tables and restrooms.
-Complete disinfection of theatre between performances.
-Upgraded air filtration.
-Hand sanitizer available for guests.
