Box Office Phone Reservationist


Reports To:

Associate Director of Sales

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Process tickets orders as customer requests.
  • Good concise telephone skills with attention to detail.
  • Sit at telephone bank for 3-8 hours per shift.
  • Be able to work with other employees in a positive manner.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Physical Demands
  • Minimum of one year related experience.
  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit & stand and is often required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Employee will be required to sit for extended time at phone bank.
